Important Information
Effective 1-1-08 the Borough of Wind Gap has adopted the Local Services Tax (LST).
The rate is $52.00 per year similar to the EMS Tax except to be withheld at $1.00 per week. Exemptions are persons earning under $12,000 per year and Military Persons. If earnings are under $12,000 an Exemption Certificate must be filed with the Tax Collector. The Exemption Certificates must be requested from the Tax Collector (or downloaded using the links on the right of this page) and after completion, filed with the Tax Collector.
